My Health Savings Account Benefits
A Health Savings Account (HSA) allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for current and future health care expenses for you and your dependents, even if they are not covered under your medical health plan. Employees who elect the HSA plan may make a maximum contribution of $4,300 for single coverage and $8,550 for family. If you are over the age of 55, you may make an additional contribution of $1,000.

All full-time employees who work at least thirty (30) hours per week are eligible for medical coverage the first of the month following/coinciding with 30 days of continuous employment.

My Health Reimbursement Account Benefits
Lane Press also offers a Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) for both medical plans. An HRA is a reimbursement account set up and funded by your employer that helps you pay for qualified medical expenses incurred throughout the plan year. This helps to offset out-of-pocket medical and pharmacy expenses.

My Flexible Spending Account Benefits
Regardless of if you elect medical coverage with MVP, you are offered a Flexible Spending Account (FSA). An FSA allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars to pay for IRS approved medical, dental, vision and over-the-counter expenses for you and your dependents, even if they are not covered under the group medical health plan. In 2025, you may contribute up to $3,300 and $660 in roll over.

My Group Life and AD&D Benefits
Life Insurance provides your named beneficiaries with a benefit in the event of your death. Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance provides specified benefits to you in the event of a covered accidental bodily injury that directly causes dismemberment (i.e., the loss of a hand, foot, or eye).

Contributions
This is 100% Employer paid.

My Voluntary Life and AD&D Benefits
Voluntary Life
The Lane Press gives employees the opportunity to buy Life Insurance in $10,000 increments up to a max of 5x your annual earnings, or $500,000. An Employee must enroll when they are first eligible to receive up to $140,000 on themselves, $25,000 on their spouse and $10,000 on their children without evidence of insurability. After the initial eligibility period has passed, all amounts of life insurance will have to be approved by Reliance Standard. Spousal and Child coverage can be elected only if employee is enrolled in Voluntary Life. Spousal coverage can be elected in $5,000 increments not to exceed 100% of employee election up to $500,000. Child coverage can be elected at $1,000 (birth to 6 months) and $10,000 (6 months and over).
Voluntary Accidental Death & Dismemberment
The Lane Press gives employees the opportunity to buy AD&D Insurance in $10,000 increments to a maximum of 5x your annual earnings, or $500,000. Spousal and Child coverage can be elected only if employee is enrolled in Voluntary Life. Spousal coverage can be elected in $5,000 increments not to exceed 50% of employee election up to $500,000. Child coverage can be elected at $10,000.

Short-Term is offered to you through Reliance Standard. Disability insurance provides benefits that replace part of your lost income when you become unable to work due to a covered injury or illness.

Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance is offered to you through Reliance Standard. Critical Illness Insurance pays benefits should a member develop a critical illness.

My EAP Benefits
As a Lane Press employee, you and your eligible dependents automatically have access to the Employee Assistance Program (EAP). No enrollment is necessary. It is offered at no charge to the employee and provides a valuable resource for support and information during difficult times, as well as consultation on day-to-day concerns. EAP is an assessment, short term counseling and referral service designed to provide you and your family with assistance in managing everyday concerns. EAP offers confidential clinical help for everyday people with everyday problems.

Confidentiality is the hallmark of the program and is essential to the success of the program and is no different than using any of your other benefits such as medical, dental or vision. Nobody besides the person accessing EAP knows that they’ve gone or why, unless they tell someone.
This is one of the most important things to know about this program, besides the fact that all services are free; the program is strictly confidential and that your privacy is protected by law. With only a few obvious exceptions your confidentiality is protected. Nobody from work or nobody from your family can find out if you’ve accessed any part of the EAP program and no reports are made except aggregate utilization reports that do not identify individuals.
